This page explains what happens to information you send through this website. It is deliberately short, because this is a towing company and not a data business.

What we collect

If you complete the request form we receive the name, phone number, vehicle location, vehicle details and message you type into it. Nothing else is collected by the form.

What we do with it

We use it to contact you about the job you asked about. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to marketing companies. It may be shared with a body shop, storage yard or insurer only where that is part of carrying out the service you requested.

How long we keep it

Job records are kept as long as needed for the work and for the ordinary business and tax records that follow it. Enquiries that never become jobs are not retained indefinitely.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking scripts. Fonts, scripts and images are served from this domain rather than an external network.

Phone calls

Calls to the dispatch number are handled by the business owner directly.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing francestaalexanderllc@gmail.com or calling (334) 746-8133.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version replaces this page.
